Hospital co-pays after 60 days start at $400/day and can reach $800/day.

Medicare Part B 20% coinsurance for:

Doctor visits, diagnostic test, outpatient procedures, etc.

20% of the Medicare-approved amount for most doctor services while you’re a hospital inpatient

The Medigap plan will automatically pay their part as long as it’s a Medicare approved procedure.

A Medicare Advantage plan, also called Part C, is a comprehensive health insurance option offered by private companies that have been approved by Medicare.
